Need to cancel my subscription
Hi,
I don't remember taking any Gaana.com subscription but recently 299/- got auto deducted from my credit card for auto renewal of the subscription. When I tried checking via gaana.com app if I have an active subscription, it doesn't show anything.
It shows me as a free user. Then I tried chat option and from there it said I have an active subscription from some other account i.e. from my phone number +91-9990****58.
But when i am trying to login using this phone number I am not getting any options.
It either says login using Google or provide an email id and password. So, basically its a vicious circle :(
I just want to know from which account it shows that I have taken an active subscription and how should I login using that option and check whether it's correct or by mistake it auto-renewed the subscription (In this case I need my money refunded).
And lastly if I am able to logged in using my mobile number how should I cancel my active subscription (If I found any active).
Just FYI - I am currently outside India so can't pick up any calls on my Indian mobile number.
