Resolved: Frozen out of my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Reactivated account
Locked out of my account. I have a yearly subscription valid until December 2024.
It's a simple solution.
Do a master reset. Virtually no customer service.

Resolved: Need cancel the subscription
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I need to refund of full money of mine.
I need to cancel the subscription. I obtained a one rupee subscription coupon from Phone Pay which I will use.
I didn't realize it was set to autopay in Phone Pay.
An amount of 599 rupees was debited from my account on 1st December. I don't want this plan, please cancel the subscription.
