I am filing a complaint against Gaana (Gamma Gaana Ltd.) for deducting 599 from my account without clear consent. I had previously subscribed to a 1 trial plan, but there was no proper notification or reminder before they auto-renewed and charged me.
I was not explicitly informed that my subscription would continue at a higher price. On March 6, 2025, I received a notification that 599 had been deducted via Google Pay from my State Bank of India account without any manual authorization. I immediately tried to contact Gaanas customer support but was met with an unhelpful chatbot, and I could not get a proper response from a real representative.
I find this practice misleading and unfair, as users should be given clear reminders and consent options before auto-renewal. I kindly request a full refund and urge strict action

I'm an existing customer. I just wanted to renew my premium service. My card keeps on getting declined when the problem is not from my bank. I attempted to contact Gaana multiple times, no response. I would expect the company would be willing to work with you to take my money... But apparently not.
